Guidelines for on-site operation and use of rod mills

1、 Power on
Check if all electrical instrument indicator lights in the control room are working properly. Whether the on-site equipment needs to be filled with butter and lubricating oil in the designated areas. (Gold selection equipment will be arranged separately)
1. Activate all water circulation.
2. Open the finished sand discharge belt, raw material feeding belt, and return belt in sequence.
Open the dehydration screen, water wheel, and rotary screen in sequence.
4. Turn on the raw material feeder (raw material reaches the mill port)
5. Turn on the grinder.
2、 Shutdown
1. Close the raw material feeder.
2. Turn off the grinding machine for 1-2 minutes (depending on the feeding belt to avoid damage caused by air transportation, if maintenance or vacation is needed, the grinding machine can be emptied). Lubricating oil for the grinding machine.
3. Close the transfer screen in sequence and transfer the material back to the conveyor belt. Machine water supply.
4. Turn off the water wheel (can be turned off after running for at least 5 minutes)
5. Close the dewatering screen and the finished sand conveyor belt.
3、 Daily maintenance and upkeep
1. Check and add butter to the large bearings of the grinder every seven days (normal operation for seven days)
Start the grinding machine and check the fixed bearing of the small gear every three days. Add butter once.
Check and add butter to all conveyor belt bearings once per shift for the 3-speed sieve, water wheel, and all conveyor belt bearings.
All reducers should be inspected every 15 days.
5. Check and tighten all bolts of the grinder every shift.
4、 Line patrol: After all equipment is in operation, operators can inspect the operation of the equipment by looking, listening, touching, etc., once every hour.
5、 The grinding machine rod is adjusted according to the on-site conditions such as finished sand, discharge, particles, and return.
